• How long before can I book a Taxi or a Minivan transfer?

  Transfer bookings will only be accepted online via our booking form at least 10 hours prior to your pickup time!

• What type of Transfer should I select? Can I book an Arrival & Departure Transfer with a different return pickup location?

  Arrival & Departure Transfer: Select this transfer type to book an Arrival & Departure transfer. Check the "Return from a different location" box if your departure pickup location is different than your arrival location. The price is reduced if you book an Arrival and Departure transfer.
  Arrival Transfer: Select this transfer type if you wish to book only an Arrival Transfer.
  Departure Transfer: Select this type of transfer if you would like to book a transfer only for your Departure.

• Can I book a transfer and pay online?

  You can pay online with your credit/debit card or Google Pay, Apple Pay, Link, Klarna, Revolut Pay and more payment methods depending on your country via the secure checkout of Stripe.

• Can I modify my booking?

  You can modify your booking by contacting us
  There is no additional charge for modifying your booking. If you would like to change your departure pick up date or time, changes will be accepted at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time! Please let us know as soon as possible!

• Can I cancel my booking?

  To cancel your booking please visit the cancellation form
  If you cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled transfer, you will receive a full refund with a standard fee of €10.00.
  If you cancel less than 4 hours before your scheduled transfer and you have booked an oneway arrival or departure transfer, you are not entitled to a refund.
  In case you have booked a round-trip transfer and you cancel less than 4 hours before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a refund equal to the value of the departure transfer.
  No extra charges if your flight is canceled and rescheduled for the next day! Please let us know as soon as possible!

• How do I know my booking is confirmed? Do i receive an email confirmation?

  As soon as you complete the online payment, a confirmation email with your booking information and details will be sent to your email.
  If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk email folder.

• Are prices per taxi?

  All of our prices are per taxi. One taxi can carry up to 4 passengers and a MInivan up to 8 including infants and children.

• Can i request a child seat?

  We offer infant seats, baby seats or child boosters at a very low cost. You can request up to 2 child seats per taxi and 4 per Minivan.
  Prices for one way: Baby seat 7€, infant seat 7€, child booster 5€.

• What kind of child seats do you provide?

  We provide baby seats and infant seats from various brands, most of which have an ISOFIX plug and can be installed rear-facing or forward-facing, according to your needs. Our child boosters are also from different brands, with some featuring an ISOFIX plug.
  Prices for one way: Baby seat 7€, infant seat 7€, child booster 5€.

• Will my transfer be private or shared?

  We only offer private transfers and you will be transferred directly to your destination safely without any delay.

• What pickup time should i specify?

  For an arrival transfer from the airport, please provide your arrival time as per your ticket.
  If you are heading to the airport for your departure, it is advised to select a pickup time at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time, considering the transfer duration. Please check the approximate transfer time for your location here. Please note that the mentioned transfer durations are approximate and may vary based on traffic conditions. You should aim to be at the airport 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. However, we recommend selecting a pickup time 2 hours and 30 minutes before, plus the transfer duration, to ensure a stress-free drive to the airport.

• How do i meet the driver?

  At the Airport: One of our drivers or a representative will be waiting for you at the arrivals exit, holding a sign with the name provided in the booking application.
  At the Port: The driver will meet you close to your boat, holding a sign with your name.
  At Your Hotel or Address: If the collection point is a hotel, the driver will meet you at the reception or outside the reception of the hotel.
  If the collection point is a private home or apartment, please wait outside at the specified point at the time indicated in the booking confirmation. The driver will wait for 15 minutes after the pickup time.
  Important Note: If there is any problem that delays you, please contact us immediately.

• Is there any waiting extra fee if my arrival flight is delayed?

  There are no extra charges if your flight arrives with a delay. We monitor all flights, and one of our drivers will meet you at the arrivals exit after you collect your luggage.
  In case your flight is delayed and our schedule is very busy, we will contact you after your flight landing to inform you if you need to wait for a while for our driver.
  Please show the voucher you received via email to the driver before your transfer.

• Is there an extra charge if I am late for any reason to show up at the meeting point at the arrivals exit?

  There are no extra charges if you show up late at the meeting point, but we would appreciate it if you avoid unnecessary delays.
  Important! Our driver will wait for you to collect your luggage for 1 hour after your flight lands and will try to contact you if you haven't shown up by then (the average time to reach the arrivals exit is 30-40 minutes). In case there is an unexpected problem that takes you longer, please inform the driver at the arrivals exit or send a message via WhatsApp WhatsApp, and the driver will wait longer.

• How many passengers and luggage can a taxi or a monivan carry?

  Up to 4 passengers per taxi, 8 passengers per Minivan, infants and children included.

  Luggage

  If you have selected a taxi and your luggage exceeds the maximum allowance for a comfort car, the Excessive Luggage service will be automatically selected in the booking application. We will then provide a station wagon Taxi or a Minivan to accommodate your needs. The price for the excessive luggage service is €10.00 for one way and €20.00 for a round-trip transfer.

  Average suitcase sizes:

  • Cabin Suitcase: 45-55cm/18-22inch * 32-40cm/13-16inch * 20cm/8inch
  • Medium Suitcase: 65cm/26inch * 45cm/18inch * 25cm/10inch
  • Large Suitcase: 75cm/29inch * 50cm/20inch * 30cm/12inch
  • X-Large Suitcase: 81cm/32inch * 55cm/22inch * 35cm/14inch

  The above sizes are approximate and may vary slightly depending on brands and designs.

  If you're unsure about the amount of luggage you'll have, there's no need to specify the number of suitcases. However, if you anticipate having excessive luggage, please select the appropriate service.

  Examples of maximum number of luggage per minivan

  • 7-8 Passengers + 8 Medium/Large Suitcases + 4 Cabin
  • 7-8 Passengers + 4 Medium/Large Suitcases + 10 Cabin
  • 5-6 Passengers + 10 Medium/Large Suitcases + 6 Cabin
  • 5-6 Passengers + 8 Medium/Large Suitcases + 10 Cabin

  Baby strollers: If your stroller is bulky when folded, please select the Excessive Luggage service.
  Wheelchairs: Please select the Excessive Luggage service for a foldable or non-foldable wheelchair.
  Surfboards, special baggage: Please select the Excessive luggage service if you have surfboards, golf clubs, or any other bulky equipment. Any bag or object larger than L + W + H 180cm, including wheels, handles, and packaging, is considered special baggage. Order a Taxi for 1-4 Passengers and select the service. A Minivan will be provided instead, accommodating up to 4 passengers and 2 surfboards or your special baggage.

• What kind of cars do you have?

  Our fleet consists of:
  Sedans - Limousines and Station Wagons: Mercedes E Class, Mercedes S Class, Skoda Kodiaq, Skoda Octavia Sports Wagon, Skoda Superb, VW Passat.
  Minivans: Mercedes Vito, Opel Vivaro, Peugeot Traveller, Renault Traffic, Toyota Pro Ace.

• Can a taxi or a minivan drive into the old town?

  Please note that a taxi or a minivan cannot drive into the old town to your hotel because cars are not allowed in the old town and will stop at the nearest gate to your hotel. Most of the hotels located in the old town provide a pick-up service to and from one of the old town gates with small electric cars. You can ask your host if they provide this service and which gate is closest to the hotel and enter it in the location details field at the booking form. Or just enter the hotel name and we will contact your host.

• Do you provide short-distance island transfers and immediate pick-up service?

  Please note that we only provide pre-booked online island transfers to main destinations and we do not provide short-distance transfers and immediate pick-up service. Our island transfer options can be found in our Island Transfer booking form.

• Do you accept only online bookings?

  Transfer bookings will only be accepted online via our booking forms and must be made at least 10 hours prior to your pickup time. Please note that we do not provide immediate pick-up service. Bookings by phone, contact form, email, WhatsApp, or Viber will not be accepted.
